What is SophieMacs?

SophieMacs is a locally owned and mom-owned children's resale store in Fort Smith, Arkansas. It offers a wide selection of pre-loved children's clothing, toys, books, shoes, and baby gear. SophieMacs also offers cash in-store for your pre-loved items, making it a great place to shop for affordable children's goods or to declutter your home.

What are your buying hours?

Buying is currently by appointment only and as needed based on inventory levels.

BUYING POLICIES:

• There is a one tub limit on clothes. This is only for clothes and does not apply to toys and baby gear.

• Clothes must come in totes, boxes, or baskets and should not exceed 30 gallons or 30Lx19Wx17H. Clothes should be freshly washed and neatly folded with all buttons, snaps, and zippers fastened. Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing in trash bags, with tape or safety pins, or on hangers.

How long does it take to get paid?

Most drop-offs we can have priced and paid to you within 24-48 hours, but may require more time for large drop-offs.

What items do you accept?

We accept baby and children’s clothes, size ranges from newborn youth up to youth XXL. We also accept clean toys, baby gear, and books.

Please bring clothing in a tub or box with no hangers.

What items do you not accept?

We do not accept car seats, breast pumps, used baby bottles, used baby dishes, socks, or underwear.
